My Macintosh Quadra 950 (added to my collection in 2014)

  • 68040 CPU @ 33Mhz
  • 72MB RAM (4x16mb, 8x1mb, 4xEMPTY, supports up to 256MB!)
  • 73GB Maxtor Atlas 10k RPM Hard Drive
  • 2x Apple CD300 CD-ROM drive (with 3D printed bezel from my friend Garrett of BitHistory.org)
  • Radius NUBUS Accelerated graphics (capable of millions of colors)
  • A/UX 3.0 and System 7.5.5, playing around with different setups.
  • LocalTalk network connected with my other Mac’s and IIgs.

    What is the name of the program that scrolls the message “An important message needs your urgent attention!” at the top and bottom of the screen and dings and goes faster? Made in 1994!
