Polaroid PDC-700

The Polaroid PDC-700, Released in 1998/99

  • 1024×768 Resolution (0.81 Megapixels) CCD
  • Fixed Lens (no zoom)
  • 160 ISO
  • 4MB internal Flash Memory and CompactFlash expansion slot (48MB Max)
  • RS232 Serial PC interface
  • Powered by 4xAA batteries (which it could drain in about 10 photos, lol)

This was actually the first digital camera I ever owned, bought it while I was on vacation some time in 1999.  Photos weren’t too bad for web use, decently clear for what a crappy lens it has on it.
