Sega Saturn

  • Dual Hitachi SH-2 7604 32-bit RISC processors @ 28.63MHZ
  • Multiple Video, Sound, DMA, System control, and other CPUs
  • 1MB SDRAM and 1MB DRAM for main working memory
  • Multiple video RAM banks for various tasks (over 1.5MB total)
  • Yamaha YMF292 with 32 sound channels with FM and PCM.
  • Motorola 68EC000 co-processor for audio subsystem.

I bought this Saturn well after the systems prime had passed, for about $50 with a game in about 1998, the year the system was discontinued.
